Job summary

HDR is seeking a Power Program Manager to lead planning and execution of power infrastructure programs for our clients. You will guide a multidisciplinary team and advise on delivery strategies to ensure performance and value.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills, with experience using PMIS tools and a proven track record managing large programs with significant budgets. Some travel and a commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Sciences, Business Administration, or closely related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver power infrastructure projects.
• Serve as primary client contact for scope, contracts, and program performance.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, and delivery strategies.
