• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to operate strategically while remaining engaged in delivery execution.
• Experience building executive reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and program management activities across multiple enterprise initiatives.
• Oversee program health, delivery performance, risks, dependencies, and escalations.

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee multiple strategic enterprise programs within a complex portfolio environment. This individual will provide leadership across Program Managers, Business Analysts, and delivery teams while driving governance, operational excellence, executive visibility, and successful delivery outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of portfolio-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution experience. This role is focused on program health, stakeholder management, delivery governance, resource coordination, and continuous improvement across multiple workstreams.

• Consulting, managed services, or professional services experience.
