Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the operational and quality delivery of projects within an assigned portfolio. The role involves about 50% program management and 50% people management, leading Project Managers and Project Coordinators and owning complex program delivery.

The successful candidate will excel in communication with executives and teams, foster strategic relationships, and develop and execute plans to achieve defined goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of project or program management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to articulate and deliver value to a service, customer, or business.
• Strong presentation skills with senior leaders.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of cross-team collaboration.
• Experience delivering program or portfolio financial management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage, and train Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for project and internal stakeholders.
• Own the delivery of complex programs and projects.
• Create and standardize program, customer, and service-offering documentation.
• Support and create practice-specific training resources.
• Directly manage consultants and communicate roles to achieve objectives.
• Build relationships and provide performance feedback.
