Job summary

MindSolve Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise programs within the PMO on a remote, US-based engagement. You will drive multi-project portfolios, align with executive leadership, and ensure delivery of strategic outcomes across IT and business transformation initiatives.

You will partner with C-level sponsors, establish governance, manage budgets and vendors, and advocate for benefits realization through rigorous program closure and lessons learned.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management with enterprise-scale delivery.
• Experience with IT/ERP transformation projects is a strong plus.
• Executive stakeholder management up to C-level and steering committees.
• US-based, authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide programs from conception through execution.
• Establish governance, controls and reporting across programs.
• Develop business cases, roadmaps and investment justifications.
• Direct delivery of large, multi-disciplinary projects with vendors.
• Manage executive communications and steering committee updates.
• Drive organizational change and risk mitigation across programs.
• Ensure benefits realization and formal program closure.
