Job summary

Insight is seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead delivery of strategic programs for clients. This role is fully remote and supports global teams across multiple methodologies, including waterfall, hybrid, and agile.

You’ll guide projects from initiation through close-out, build client relationships, and drive continuous improvement in PM capabilities. Required: Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of related IT/services experience, and PMP or Agile certification.

• PMP or Agile certification.
• Experience with hybrid methodologies and agile delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project and program teams to deliver highly visible strategic solutions using waterfall, hybrid, and agile methodologies.
• Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation through close-out and transition.
• Help define and drive strategic direction for Insight and clients.
• Build key relationships with clients and leaders.
• Mitigate risk and proactively resolve project issues.
• Drive tangible and sustainable improvement in PM capabilities.
• Mentor less experienced Project Managers.
• Assist with business development activities to grow Insight Services.
