Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 7 years of related IT services or professional services experience.
• Experience with hybrid and agile delivery of technical projects.
• PMP or Agile certification.
• Track record of guiding and leading project teams.
• Strong continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to manage technical resources across multiple projects.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project and program teams to deliver strategically visible solutions using waterfall, hybrid, and agile.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation through close-out and transition.
• Define and drive strategic direction for Insight and clients.
• Build relationships with clients and leaders.
• Mitigate risk and proactively address project issues.
• Mentor less experienced Project Managers.
