Job summary

Docusign is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Platform Positioning to own strategic narrative, positioning, and messaging for CLM within the IAM platform.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Corporate Marketing, and Field Marketing to build a compelling platform story that differentiates in a competitive market. This IC role reports to the Director of Product Marketing and requires hybrid in-office/remote work with regular in-office days.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space
• Experience with CLM, contract management, or enterprise software storytelling
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience supporting analyst relations activities
• Experience driving projects from concept to completion with minimal direction

Responsibilities

• Own, update, and maintain positioning and narrative for CLM in the IAM platform
• Develop messaging strategy aligned with platform narrative and GTM strategy
• Review CLM product launches for narrative consistency across releases
• Articulate how CLM differentiates within the IAM platform
• Enable teams on competitive positioning and platform messaging for enterprise deals
• Support analyst relations programs and briefing content
• Support Momentum and industry events with platform narratives
