Job summary

Docusign is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for AI Positioning to own the Iris narrative and drive go-to-market messaging across enterprise teams. You will partner with Product, Sales, Legal, and Field Marketing to build a differentiated AI platform story that wins through every launch and campaign.

This role reports to the Director, Product Marketing and emphasizes cross-functional leadership, strategic storytelling, and market differentiation in a fast-evolving AI space.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience using AI as an integral part of how you work on a daily basis.
• Experience with AI, agentic workflows, and enterprise software - including translating complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience driving projects from concept to completion with minimal direction, and aligning priorities to company goals and leadership objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and core narrative for Docusign Iris across teams and programs.
• Review AI launches for narrative consistency and update Iris story as needed.
• Own AI trust positioning and coordinate with Legal on data boundaries and governance.
• Articulate why Iris wins and how it complements other AI tools in the enterprise.
• Enable field and cross-functional teams on Iris and IAM capabilities for enterprise deals.
• Contribute to high-impact programs (analyst relations, Momentum) packaging narratives for executives and customers.
