Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for AI & Platform Narrative to own the strategic positioning and go-to-market storytelling for Iris and the IAM platform.

This role is highly visible and cross-functional, shaping messaging across launches, campaigns, and enablement assets. You will partner with product, sales, legal, and field marketing to ensure a cohesive enterprise narrative. This individual contributor position reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience using AI as an integral part of daily work.
• Experience translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience driving projects from concept to completion with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning, differentiation, and narrative for DocuSign Iris and IAM platform.
• Review AI-related launches for narrative consistency and update Iris as needed.
• Own AI trust positioning and communicate governance and consent controls.
• Explain why DocuSign AI wins and how it complements other tools.
• Enable field and cross-functional teams on AI landscape, Iris, and IAM differentiation.
• Contribute to high-impact programs and packaging for analysts and executives.
