Job summary

Docusign is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Agreement Manager to own go-to-market strategy, messaging, and adoption within the IAM platform. You will act as SME on customer challenges and help sales close enterprise deals while expanding adoption.

This individual contributor role reports to the Director, Platform Product Marketing and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Success to drive cross-functional GTM launches, capture insights, and shape the Product Management roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience building and executing cross-functional go-to-market strategies, product launch BOMs, and sales enablement frameworks for enterprise revenue teams
• Experience using data for customer insights and recommendations
• Experience simplifying complex, technical topics for non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end value proposition, differentiated messaging, and customer-facing narrative for Agreement Manager within the broader Docusign IAM platform
• Drive cross-functional GTM launches for new Agreement Manager capabilities, creating product BOMs and ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Success
• Partner with Sales Enablement to equip field and partner teams with pitches, demos, battlecards, and training
• Uncover actionable customer usage insights and pain points to optimize the buyer journey and drive feature adoption
• Partner with Growth and Field Marketing to build campaigns targeting key industries and buying personas
• Serve as a core subject matter expert, delivering presentations for customer conferences, partner summits, and executive briefings
