Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Sr. Manager of Product Marketing for Qualified, the B2B agentic marketing platform.

You will translate GTM strategy into field-ready execution, partnering with Sales Leadership, Sales Programs, Product Marketing, and Enablement to drive adoption and pipeline in an AI-enabled environment. You will design enablement materials, deliver high-impact presentations, and build AI-powered tools to accelerate seller guidance.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS; experience at a Salesforce ISV or within the Salesforce ecosystem is a strong plus
• Demonstrated experience translating GTM strategy into field-ready execution with Sales Leadership and Sales Programs
• Success in developing sales plays, enablement programs, and training materials that drive adoption and pipeline impact

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain enablement materials - decks, one-pagers, battle cards, objection handlers, and competitive positioning
• Design and deliver compelling enablement programs and content (training materials, FAQs, talk tracks, demo guides)
• Create, launch, and manage quarterly sales plays aligned to product priorities and market opportunities
• Design and build AI-powered enablement tools and workflows for faster seller guidance
• Partner with Sales Leadership and Enablement to develop scalable onboarding and training programs
• Support the content hub strategy to ensure easy access to Qualified Enablement Hub
