Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Manager of Product Marketing for Qualified to drive GTM strategy and enablement across the Salesforce ecosystem. You will translate complex product knowledge into sales-ready positioning and collaborate across Sales Leadership, Sales Programs, Product Marketing, and more.

You’ll lead the creation of enablement materials, develop scalable onboarding, and build AI-powered tools to accelerate seller productivity in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience working with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, and Sales Programs.
• Proven track record in developing sales plays, enablement programs, and training materials.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences.
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and AI agents.
• Highly collaborative across Sales, Product, Success, and Demand Gen teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain enablement materials such as decks, one-pagers, battle cards, objection handlers, and competitive positioning.
• Build and deliver high-impact presentations and demos for internal enablement sessions.
• Design enablement programs and content (training materials, FAQs, talk tracks, demo guides, etc.).
• Create, launch, and manage quarterly sales plays aligned to product priorities and field needs.
• Design and build AI-powered enablement tools and Slackbot workflows for sellers.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and Enablement to develop onboarding and ongoing training.
• Support the content hub strategy to help sellers find what they need.
