Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Manager of Product Marketing to guide positioning, messaging, and GTM for Qualified and AI-enabled offerings. You will partner with Product, Sales, Success, and Demand Gen to shape launches and cross-cloud storytelling.

You will own enterprise-ready assets, lead events like Dreamforce, and drive cross-cloud alignment, focusing on AI agents and the Salesforce ecosystem in a fast-paced post-acquisition environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record driving success in a role that spans product positioning & messaging or sales enablement
• Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem (Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or similar) and comfort navigating technical positioning, especially with AI agents
• Strong written communicator who can translate complex concepts into crisp narratives for sellers, customers, and executive audiences
• Background in competitive intelligence / competitive strategy a plus
• Highly collaborative - you'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Programs, Product, Success, Demand Gen, and Product on a daily basis
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, post-acquisition environment with shifting priorities and lots of ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Define and sharpen product positioning & messaging for Qualified and Piper within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Develop enterprise-ready positioning assets addressing roadmaps, architectures, and integration vision
• Collaborate with cross-product marketing and GTM leadership to keep positioning sharp as products evolve
• Lead cross-cloud positioning enablement programs with Sales Enablement and Leadership
• Manage launch workstreams for flagship events (e.g., Dreamforce) and ensure material readiness
• Translate roadmap into clear launch narratives and timelines with Product Management
• Build launch tiering frameworks aligning scope and investment to impact
