Job summary

Rubrik Professional Services seeks a high-energy Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise customer implementations and shape our delivery practice. You will be customer-facing, ensuring deployment success, business value, and operational efficiency.

Beyond delivery, you will mentor PMs, help scale PMO governance, and drive continuous improvement across the PS portfolio with collaboration across engineering, support, and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct project management delivering enterprise technical projects.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience building or scaling PMO governance models with AI and metrics.
• Proven track record managing multiple complex client engagements.
• Mentoring and developing junior to mid-level PMs.
• Expert knowledge of modern project management tools and Google Workspace.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise projects from kickoff to sign-off.
• Scope, milestones, risk governance, and stakeholder alignment across teams.
• Mentor associate and mid-level PMs and share best practices.
• Contribute to PMO governance, templates, and delivery processes.
