Job summary

Rubrik Professional Services seeks a high-energy Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise customer implementations and shape our delivery practice. You will be client-facing, ensuring deployment success, business value realization, and operational efficiency.

You will mentor other PMs, contribute to PMO governance, and drive continuous improvement across delivery frameworks. Expertise in guiding cross-functional teams and managing risk is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct Project Management experience delivering customer-facing, enterprise technical projects within a Professional Services or Consulting organization.
• PMP certification.
• Experience building or scaling PMO governance models supported by AI, standard delivery methodologies, and project health tracking processes.
• Track record of managing multiple complex, high-visibility client engagements concurrently in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, and developing junior to mid-level project managers.
• Executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex, concurrent, enterprise-level customer projects from kickoff to sign-off.
• Scope, milestone management: prepare deployment, track deliverables, and ensure on-time, within-budget execution.
• Risk and issue governance: identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Stakeholder alignment: single point of contact for executives and cross-functional teams.
• Quality and performance: ensure deliverables meet Rubrik standards and customer objectives.
• PMO governance & process optimization: develop SOPs, methodologies, and KPIs.
• Leadership & mentorship: coach junior to mid-level PMs; share best practices across the team.
