Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct Project Management experience delivering customer-facing, enterprise technical projects.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Proven experience building or scaling PMO governance models supported by AI and standard delivery methodologies.
• Track record of managing multiple complex, high-visibility client engagements concurrently.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing junior to mid-level project managers.
• Expert knowledge of modern project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana) and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, concurrent, enterprise-level customer projects from kickoff to sign-off.
• Partner with PS leadership to build, refine, and maintain PMO governance framework, procedures, and KPIs.
• Mentor associate and mid-level PMs, share best practices, templates, and lessons learned across the team.
