Job summary

Rubrik Professional Services is seeking a high-energy, strategic Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise customer implementations and help shape our delivery practices. You will be customer-facing, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure deployment success and business value realization.

Beyond delivering engagements, you will mentor junior PMs and contribute to PMO governance, processes, and delivery frameworks to improve efficiency and outcomes across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct project management delivering enterprise technical projects.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience building or scaling PMO governance models supported by AI and standard delivery methodologies.
• Track record managing multiple complex, high-visibility client engagements concurrently in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Mentoring, coaching, and developing junior to mid-level project managers.
• Proficient with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-level customer projects from kickoff to sign-off.
• Mentor and coach other PMs and contribute to PMO governance and delivery frameworks.
• Partner with PS leadership to refine governance, procedures, and KPIs.
• Manage executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align on scope and milestones.
• Ensure quality, on-time delivery within budget and client expectations.
