Rubrik Professional Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise customer implementations and shape our delivery practice. You will act as a trusted advisor to ensure deployment success, drive business value, and improve operational efficiency.

You will mentor other PMs and help scale our PMO governance, processes, and delivery frameworks. In this role you’ll own delivery excellence, leadership, and practice enablement across client engagements, partnering with

Qualifications

8+ years of direct project management delivering enterprise technical projects.
PMP certification.
Experience building or scaling PMO governance models with standard delivery methodologies.
Track record managing multiple complex engagements concurrently in a fast-paced tech environment.
Mentoring and developing junior to mid-level PMs.
Expert knowledge of modern PM tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana) and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise projects from kickoff to sign-off.
Manage scope, milestones, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies.
Serve as single point of contact for executives and cross-functional teams.
Contribute to PMO governance, templates, and delivery frameworks.
Mentor associates and mid-level PMs; share best practices across the team.
