Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a Professional Services PMO Manager to lead the PMO and ensure successful delivery of customer projects across Data Center, Network & Security, Cloud, Collaboration, Field Services, Managed Services, and emerging technologies.

You will manage a team of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators while establishing governance, delivery standards, resource strategies, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• PMP certification required.
• 8+ years leading Project Management teams in Professional Services or related fields.
• Experience managing Senior PMs, PMs, and Coordinators.
• Proven success delivering complex technology projects across multiple disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of waterfall, hybrid, and agile methodologies.
• Proven leadership coaching, mentoring, and development of PMO professionals.
• Excellent executive communication and organizational leadership.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience managing portfolios with multiple concurrent customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of customer projects across multiple technology practices.
• Monitor portfolio health: schedule, budget, scope, quality, resources, risks, and satisfaction.
• Provide executive oversight for high-risk and strategic engagements.
• Drive consistent project delivery methodologies across the PMO.
• Develop PMO standards, templates, and best practices.
• Ensure consistent PMO processes from initiation to closure.
• Lead portfolio reviews and operational reporting.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for executive visibility.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting, utilization, and quality.
• Capture lessons learned and update PMO standards.
