Job summary

Rubrik Professional Services seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise customer implementations and shape our delivery practice. You will be the trusted advisor ensuring deployment success, value realization, and operational efficiency, while mentoring other PMs and enhancing PMO governance.

You will drive delivery excellence, lead cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to continuous improvement across governance, methods, and tooling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct PM experience delivering enterprise projects.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience building or scaling PMO governance models supported by AI and standard delivery methodologies.
• Track record of managing multiple complex, high-visibility client engagements concurrently.
• Mentoring, coaching, and developing junior to mid-level PMs.
• Expert knowledge of PM tools: Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise projects from kickoff to sign-off.
• Partner with PS leadership to refine PMO governance framework, procedures, and KPIs.
• Coach and mentor associate and mid-level PMs; contribute to governance, templates and delivery frameworks.
