Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a Professional Services PMO Manager to lead the PMO, govern delivery standards, and drive operational excellence across Data Center, Network & Security, Cloud, and more. You will manage Senior PMs, PMs, and Coordinators, partnering with Sales, Engineering, and Finance to ensure profitable, high‑quality customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• 8+ years of experience leading Project Management teams within Professional Services, Systems Integration, Managed Services, Technology Consulting, or related organizations.
• Experience managing Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex technology implementation projects across multiple technical disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of waterfall, hybrid, and agile project delivery methodologies.
• Proven leadership experience coaching, mentoring, and developing high‑performing project management professionals.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, presentation, and organizational leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO governance, delivery standards, and best practices across multiple technology practices.
• Oversee portfolio health: schedule, budget, scope, risks, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide executive oversight for high‑risk and complex engagements; drive delivery consistency.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting for visibility and decision making.
• Coach and mentor Senior PMs, PMs, and coordinators; support career development.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Leadership to align delivery with business goals.
