Job summary

The Briefed is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own post-sales platforms, including CRM, Service Cloud, support operations, and enterprise integrations. You will partner with business and engineering leaders to define vision, prioritize investments, and deliver scalable solutions that improve customer and agent experiences while driving efficiency.

You will apply 6+ years of enterprise SaaS PM experience, deep Salesforce knowledge, and a data-driven mindset to guide product strategy,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS or cloud platforms.
• Strong domain expertise in Customer Support tooling and post-sales solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, incl. integrations.
• Experience modernizing Technical Support platforms and analytics-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy and customer needs into scalable platform capabilities.
• Define PRDs, prioritize roadmaps, and measure success with KPIs.
• Collaborate with engineering to plan releases and manage debt.
• Balance short-term priorities with long-term platform strategy.
• Partner with the Customer Org to capture voice of the user and drive adoption.
