Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the IT Go-to-Market team to own the strategy and roadmap for post-sales platforms, including CRM, Service Cloud, support operations, customer portals, and enterprise integrations.

You will collaborate with business and engineering leaders to define the vision, prioritize investments, and deliver scalable solutions that improve customer and agent experiences and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS or cloud platforms.
• Strong domain expertise in Customer Support tooling and Post-Sales solutions.
• Experience building custom workflow applications, automation platforms, or AI-powered tools.
• Deep knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud and customer lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for post-sales technology platforms.
• Translate business needs into scalable platform capabilities.
• Partner with engineering to deliver measurable outcomes and drive adoption.
• Own backlog, prioritize based on impact and feasibility, and align stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional collaborations across Customer Org, engineering, and external vendors.
