Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Salesforce Platform Center of Excellence. You will shape tools and governance, focusing on platform security, environments, access, and governance, while partnering with executives to align roadmaps.

You will lead end-to-end feature delivery, mentor PMs, and apply AI to drive efficiency and adoption across the PM lifecycle. This role emphasizes collaboration and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or product strategy with strong technical and product literacy.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce Platform - customization, user management configuration, integrations and APIs, security, and observability, across at least one Salesforce cloud or platform.
• Proven track record delivering complex, transformative products on the Salesforce Platform.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams, with Agile/Scrum proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate requirements into a coherent product strategy and use data to drive decisions.
• Ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical audiences and influence stakeholders.
• At least one of: Salesforce Platform App Builder, Administrator, or Platform Foundations certification.
• Demonstrated AI fluency, with hands-on experience in conversational AI or AI tooling.

• Inform product strategy using data and user feedback.
• Partner with Core Product, lines of business, and engineering to align development.
• Own the product roadmap and balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
• Lead end-to-end feature delivery from research to deployment.
• Mentor other product managers and raise PM practices.
• Use AI tools across PM workflows and prototype with AI-assisted tools.
