Job summary
MongoDB is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the IT Go-to-Market team. You will own the strategy and roadmap for post-sales platforms, including CRM, Service Cloud, support operations, customer portals, AI-enabled support, and enterprise integrations.
You will partner with business and engineering leaders to define vision, prioritize investments, and deliver scalable solutions that improve customer and agent experiences, drive efficiency, and enable growth.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of Product Management in enterprise SaaS or cloud platforms.
- Strong domain expertise in Customer Support tooling and Post-Sales solutions.
- Experience building custom workflow applications, automation platforms, or AI-powered tools.
- Deep knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud and customer lifecycle processes.
- Experience working with telemetry, analytics, and customer health data.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for post-sales platforms.
- Partner with business and engineering to align investments.
- Define PRDs, prioritize roadmaps, and measure success.
- Drive adoption with data-driven decisions and KPI monitoring.
- Collaborate with Customer Org and stakeholders across teams.
