Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or product strategy with strong technical literacy.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce Platform - customization, user management, integrations, security and observability.
• Proven track record delivering complex, transformative products on the Salesforce Platform.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams, with Agile/Scrum proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical audiences and influence stakeholders.
• At least one Salesforce Platform certification.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with conversational AI or AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy and roadmap for Salesforce Platform Center of Excellence.
• Partner with Core Product, lines of business, and engineering plus executives to align development.
• Own the roadmap, identify risks, and make prioritization decisions with transparent communication.
• Lead end-to-end feature delivery from research to design and engineering to ship.
• Mentor other product managers and raise the PM bar across the team.
• Use AI tools throughout the lifecycle to synthesize feedback and prototype with engineering and design.
