Job summary

Affirm is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the 1:Many Growth team. You will own and scale partner integrations, building durable capabilities to accelerate future partnerships across platform ecosystems.

You’ll work with engineers, designers, analytics, and commercial teams to deliver impactful platform partnerships. You will define features, roadmaps, and success metrics, while influencing go-to-market strategies and driving measurable growth for merchants and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven ability to ship high-quality products on time.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers and analysts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience turning incomplete inputs into clear plans.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow affirm's partner portfolio within the 1:Many Growth program.
• Build durable capabilities for faster future partner integrations.
• Define and prioritize features to improve partner and merchant experience.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many Growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure impact.
• Partner with commercial and product marketing for GTM strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and grow integrations.
