Job summary

Affirm is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the 1:Many Growth team to own and grow platform partnerships and accelerate integrations across merchants and partners.

You will work with cross-functional teams—commercial, merchant risk, design, product analytics, and engineering—to define features, prioritize the roadmap, measure outcomes with OKRs, and drive merchant growth through durable partner platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience shipping multiple software products from kickoff to post-launch.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, and data analysts.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to navigate complex dynamics.
• Execution-oriented with proactive problem solving.
• Ability to turn incomplete inputs into clear plans.
• Track record of shipping high-quality products on time.
• Experience with commercial aspects and external product representation.
• Bonus: Fintech, Lending, ecommerce, or BNPL experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Build durable, repeatable capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy that makes future partner integrations faster to launch.
• Build relationships with platform partners to gather feedback and insights on product performance, and use it to drive merchant growth.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements to improve the customer, partner, and merchant experience.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the broader 1:Many growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure the effectiveness of these initiatives.
• Partner with commercial and product marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new partner integrations and features.
