Job summary

Affirm is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the 1:Many Growth team. You will own partner integrations, define a durable acceleration strategy, and work with commercial, risk, design, analytics, and engineering to drive merchant growth.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to launch and grow platform partnerships, define the product roadmap, and establish OKRs to measure impact. This is a remote-first role with strong emphasis on stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven track record shipping products from kickoff to post-launch.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers and designers.
• Able to turn inputs into actionable plans and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define, launch, and grow integrations with platform partners.
• Build durable capabilities to accelerate future partner integrations.
• Develop relationships with platform partners to gather feedback.
• Define and prioritize features to improve experience for customers, partners, and merchants.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure initiatives.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies for new integrations and features.
