Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager for our 1:Many Growth team to own and scale integrations with platform partners. You’ll drive cross-functional work with commercial, merchant risk, design, analytics, and engineering to ship durable partner integrations and define the product roadmap.

You’ll build an acceleration strategy to speed future integrations, measure impact with OKRs, and collaborate on go-to-market plans with marketing. Remote-first role across the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven track record shipping multiple software products from kickoff to post-launch.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers (Figma), and data analysts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Build durable, repeatable capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy.
• Build relationships with platform partners to gather feedback and insights on product performance.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements to improve the customer, partner, and merchant experience.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the broader 1:Many growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure the effectiveness of these initiatives.
• Partner with commercial and product marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new partner integrations and features.
