Job summary

Affirm is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the 1:Many Growth team. You will own and grow a partner portfolio to onboard merchants and offer Affirm as a payment method.

You’ll build durable capabilities to accelerate future integrations and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive merchant growth, product performance, and go-to-market success. Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven ability to ship multiple software products from kickoff to post-launch.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Build durable capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy that speeds future integrations.
• Build relationships with platform partners to gather feedback and drive merchant growth.
• Define and prioritize product features to improve customer, partner, and merchant experience.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
• Partner with commercial and product marketing teams on go-to-market strategies.
