Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its 1:Many Growth team to own partner integrations and accelerate alliance programs. You will collaborate with commercial, risk, design, analytics, and engineering to define and grow platform partnerships, with a focus on scalable go-to-market and measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes remote-first work across the US, owning durable partner capabilities, and delivering high-impact features across merchant platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven ability to ship multiple software products from kickoff to post-launch.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to navigate complex dynamics.
• Bonus: Fintech, Lending, ecommerce, or BNPL experience.

Responsibilities

• Define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Develop a durable Partner Acceleration Strategy for faster future integrations.
• Build relationships with platform partners and synthesize feedback.
• Define and prioritize product features to improve experience for customers and partners.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many Growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure initiatives' effectiveness.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies with commercial and product marketing.
