Job summary

Affirm is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the 1:Many Growth team to own partner integrations and a durable Partner Acceleration Strategy. The role collaborates with commercial, risk, design, analytics, and engineering to define and grow platform partnerships that scale merchant adoption of Affirm.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to create impact through well-defined roadmaps, measurable OKRs, and effective go-to-market plans, all while driving outcomes in a remote-first environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven ability to ship multiple software products from kickoff to post-launch.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, and analysts.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for complex dynamics.
• Bias for action and outcomes-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Build durable, repeatable capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy.
• Build relationships with platform partners to gather feedback and drive merchant growth.
• Define and prioritize product features to improve customer, partner, and merchant experience.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure initiatives.
• Partner with commercial and product marketing for go-to-market strategies.
