Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager for our 1:Many Growth team to own and scale platform integrations with partners. You will work with commercial, merchant risk, design, product analytics, and engineering to define, launch and grow partnerships that drive merchant growth.

You will build durable capabilities, prioritize features, define OKRs, and collaborate on go-to-market strategies. Five-plus years of PM experience and a track record of shipping high-quality products on time are

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven track record shipping products from kickoff to post-launch with measurable impact.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, and data analysts.
• Experience translating inputs into clear, actionable product plans.

Responsibilities

• Define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Build durable capabilities to accelerate future partner integrations.
• Develop relationships with platform partners to gather feedback and drive merchant growth.
• Define and prioritize features to improve customer, partner, and merchant experience.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team.
• Develop OKRs to measure initiative effectiveness.
• Collaborate with commercial and product marketing for go-to-market strategies.
