Job summary

Affirm is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its 1:Many Growth team. The role focuses on growing Affirm's partner portfolio and accelerating future partner integrations across platform partnerships.

You will work with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and scale integrations, build durable capabilities, and shape go-to-market strategies. Remote-first work with competitive base pay in the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven ability to ship multiple technical software products end-to-end.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, and data analysts.
• Excellent organization and communication to navigate complex dynamics.
• Execution-oriented with proactive problem solving.
• Bonus: fintech, lending, ecommerce or BNPL experience.

Responsibilities

• Define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Build durable capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy.
• Build relationships with platform partners to gather feedback and insights.
• Define and prioritize product features to improve the customer, partner, and merchant experience.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure effectiveness.
• Partner with commercial and product marketing for go-to-market strategies.
