Job summary

Affirm is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the 1:Many Growth team to own and scale platform integrations with partners, making it easier for merchants to offer Affirm.

You will collaborate across commercial, merchant risk, design, product analytics and engineering to define, launch and grow integrations with platform partners, set strategy, and measure impact in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven ability to ship multiple software products from kickoff to post-launch.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, and data analysts.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to navigate complex dynamics.
• Execution-oriented with a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles and blockers.
• Experience in fintech, lending, ecommerce, or BNPL is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Build durable capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy that makes future partner integrations faster to launch.
• Build relationships with platform partners to gather feedback and insights on product performance, and use it to drive merchant growth.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements to improve the customer, partner, and merchant experience.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the broader 1:Many growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure the effectiveness of these initiatives.
• Partner with commercial and product marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new partner integrations and features.
