Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager for our 1:Many Growth team to own and scale platform partnerships and integrations. You will work with cross-functional partners including commercial, merchant risk, design, product analytics, and engineering to define, launch and grow integrations with platform partners.

Effective stakeholder management and a bias for action are essential. Base pay ranges from $153,000 to $213,000 per year, with equity and a transparent compensation structure.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and analytics.
• Strong ability to translate inputs into a clear action plan and execution.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Build durable, repeatable capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy for faster future integrations.
• Build relationships with platform partners to gather feedback and drive merchant growth.
• Define and prioritize product features to improve customer, partner, and merchant experiences.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure impact.
