Job summary

Summit Line Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-voltage transmission and distribution projects nationwide.

You will plan, direct, and coordinate projects, manage budgets, schedules, staffing, and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery. The role requires 5–7 years of PM experience in heavy electrical construction, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience in high-voltage transmission and distribution or related construction fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field required; PMP preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, budgeting for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Keep costs within forecast and implement cost-saving measures when possible.
• Develop and manage Schedule of Values and project submittals, billing, and reporting.
• Oversee pre-construction efforts, bidding, contracts, and execution planning.
• Produce and maintain project schedules and progress reports for all activities.
• Lead subcontractor management, safety, and quality control throughout the project.
• Negotiate revisions to contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
