ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER - Superintendent for its Monroe/Charlotte NC area. The role oversees on-site construction from precon through CO, coordinating customers, subcontractors, and field staff.

The candidate will manage 8–10 residential projects, ensure timelines and budgets are met, and maintain high build quality while leading teams and maintaining open client communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ year proven track record of successful operations & project leadership in new construction.
• Experience managing 8–10 projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication with customers/owners and subcontractors.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate design, preconstruction, and field activities.

Responsabilités

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage construction site from design and precon through contracts, safety, and scheduling to CO.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining construction quality.
