United Future in Monroe/Charlotte NC is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER - Superintendent to lead custom-home construction projects. You will oversee design and pre-con, subcontractor selection, and contracts, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion.

The role emphasizes clear communication with customers and teams, overseeing 8–10 projects concurrently with homes valued up to $525k–$625k, and fostering long-term client relationships while leveraging strong back-office support.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction (On-Your-Lot or scattered lot)
• Manage multiple projects (8-10 at a time) with average home prices up to $525-625k
• 4+ year proven track record of operations & project leadership in new construction
• Strong team-building and excellent communication with customers/owners

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers (& subcontractors) to ensure the highest satisfaction.
• Construction site management from design & precon through subcontractor selection, contracts, safety and scheduling through c/o.
• Ensuring Budget & Schedule are met while closely watching the quality of construction.
