Workforce Recruiter in Monroe/Charlotte NC is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER - Superintendent to lead residential on-your-lot and scattered-site builds, coordinating design, preconstruction, subcontractor selection, contracts, safety and scheduling through closing.

The ideal candidate has a 4+ year track record in residential construction, manages 8–10 homes concurrently with prices up to $525-625k, and demonstrates strong team leadership and customer communications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years proven operations and project leadership in residential construction.
• Experience managing 8–10 projects simultaneously.
• Strong team-building and customer/owner communication skills.
• Experience with on-your-lot or scattered-site building is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Over-communicate with customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage design through pre-construction, subcontractor selection, contracts, safety and scheduling to close-out.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining construction quality.
