Key People in Monroe/Charlotte NC is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER - Superintendent for new custom-home construction. You will oversee design through construction, coordinating with customers and subcontractors to deliver high-quality homes.

Responsibilities include managing budgets and schedules, ensuring safety, and driving customer satisfaction, while leveraging extensive company support and a stable regional platform for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, preferably on-your-lot or scattered-lot building.
• Manage 8–10 projects simultaneously with homes priced up to $525-625k.
• 4+ year track record of operations & project leadership in new construction.
• Strong team-building and customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure high satisfaction.
• Construction site management from design and precon through contracts to safety and scheduling through CO.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while maintaining construction quality.
