Job summary

Essenti Talent is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER - SUPERINTENDENT for Monroe/Charlotte NC to oversee new custom-home construction projects. The role requires coordinating design, pre-construction, subcontractors, contracts, safety and scheduling to deliver on-time, on-budget homes with superior quality.

You will manage 8–10 projects concurrently and maintain excellent communication with clients and trade partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction and managing multiple projects (8-10) simultaneously.
• Proven track record of successful operations & project leadership in New Construction.
• Strong team-building skills and excellent client/owner communication.

Responsibilities

• Over-communicate with customers and subcontractors to ensure highest satisfaction.
• Manage site from design through c/o, including subcontractor selection, contracts, safety and scheduling.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while monitoring construction quality.
