Job summary

Ashton North LLC is hiring a Project Manager - Superintendent for onsite leadership of custom-home construction across Monroe and Charlotte, NC. You will coordinate design-to-construction, schedule subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality on each site.

The role requires experience in residential/new homes, managing 8–10 projects concurrently, and excellent communication with homeowners and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction (preferably on-your-lot or scattered lot building).
• Managing 8–10 projects concurrently with home prices up to $525k–$625k (avg.).
• 4+ year proven track record in operations and project leadership within New Construction.
• Good team-building skills and excellent communication with customers/owners.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure highest satisfaction.
• Construction site management from design & pre-construction through contracts, safety and scheduling to CO.
• Ensure budget and schedule are met while monitoring construction quality.
