SourcePro Search, LLC seeks a Project Manager - Superintendent for a Monroe/Charlotte NC region. The role leads on-site construction for custom home projects, coordinating design through occupancy, managing subcontractors, safety, and schedules while maintaining budget and quality.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in new residential construction, multi-project leadership (8–10 at a time), and strong communication with clients. Excellent team-building skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction, preferably on Your Lot or scattered lot builds.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects (8–10) concurrently with high-end home pricing.
• 4+ year track record of operations and project leadership in new construction.
• Strong team-building and customer/owner communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Over-communication with customers and subcontractors to maximize satisfaction.
• Manage site from design/precon through contracts, safety, and scheduling to occupancy.
• Ensure budget and schedule targets are met while monitoring build quality.
