Electrical Automation Services is seeking an experienced PLC Controls Engineer for on-site work in Glendale, AZ. You will program and troubleshoot Allen‑Bradley PLCs on high-speed beverage production lines, writing ladder logic in Studio 5000/RSLogix 5000 and supporting automation across operations.
As the on-shift controls expert, you will diagnose PLC/HMI/VFD/servo issues, back up programs, mentor technicians, and contribute to safety and throughput improvements while coordinating with
Formación
- Hands-on PLC programming experience beyond troubleshooting.
- Strong ability to read electrical schematics and control drawings.
- Experience on high-speed manufacturing lines (beverage/CPG/pharma) is preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 on-shift controls troubleshooting for processing, filling, canning, conveying, and packaging equipment.
- Develop and execute PLC/HMI project changes to improve safety, quality, reliability and throughput.
- Maintain backups, documentation, and change records; mentor technicians and operators.
