Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a seasoned PLC Controls Engineer to support high-speed beverage production at our Glendale, AZ facility. You will program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs on running lines, mentor operators, and drive automation improvements.

The role requires hands-on ladder logic development, strong fault diagnosis, and collaboration with operations, maintenance, and quality teams. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PLC programming on high-speed production lines.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix/CompactLogix).
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-shift controls and automation expert for production lines.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, servo and industrial-network issues.
• Lead controls projects to improve safety, quality and throughput.
