Electrical Automation Services is seeking a seasoned Controls Engineer to support on-site automation at a Glendale, AZ facility. You will program and troubleshoot Allen‑Bradley PLCs on high-speed beverage lines, mentor technicians, and drive improvements across safety, quality, and throughput.

The role requires 4+ years in industrial automation, familiarity with Studio 5000/RSLogix 5000, FactoryTalk, and Ethernet/IP networks. 12-hour 2-2-3 shifts with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PLC programming and troubleshooting on high-speed production lines.
• 4+ years in industrial automation on beverage/packaging lines.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and control drawings.

Responsabilités

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 on-shift controls support.
• Diagnose PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, and industrial-network issues to restore production.
• Develop and implement PLC/HMI changes to improve safety, quality, and throughput.
• Mentor maintenance technicians and operators.
• Maintain PLC/HMI backups, drawings, and change records.
