Job summary
Recru is seeking a hands-on Senior Platform Engineer to design, build, operate, and continuously improve our enterprise software delivery platform. This role focuses on secure, scalable, and automated application delivery across engineering teams while driving platform reliability, operational excellence, and DevOps best practices.
The ideal candidate will own CI/CD platforms, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native support, partnering with software teams to enhance the developer experience
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps Engineering, SRE, or Software Engineering.
- Proven experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise CI/CD platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab, or comparable CI/CD solutions.
- Strong understanding of software delivery, release management, and deployment automation.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, or similar).
- Experience supporting cloud-based environments in Azure, AWS, or other public cloud platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support enterprise CI/CD platforms using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab, or similar technologies.
- Develop and maintain deployment automation, release workflows, and platform tooling that enable consistent software delivery.
- Establish and improve platform standards, governance, change management processes, and operational controls.
- Partner with engineering teams to drive DevOps adoption and platform engineering best practices.
