Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking a CI/CD Platform Engineer to build and maintain a scalable software delivery platform. You will work with a team supporting cloud infrastructure and developer platforms to enable engineers to build, test, and deploy more efficiently.

The ideal candidate has strong cloud/DevOps fundamentals, a passion for automation, and excellent communication skills. Expect collaboration across teams, on-call rotations, and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing software artifacts, containers, packages, and repositories.
• Familiarity with software supply chain security concepts, SBOMs and secure build practices.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and support CI/CD platform services with a platform engineering team.

Job description

We are seeking a CI/CD Platform Engineer to help build, maintain, and improve a reliable, scalable, and secure software delivery platform. In this role, you will work closely with a team of platform engineers supporting cloud infrastructure and developer platforms that enable engineering teams to efficiently build, test, and deploy software.

The ideal candidate has strong cloud and DevOps fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and a passion for automation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Hands-on experience with tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI
• Experience working with AWS cloud services
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation
• Experience with JFrog Artifactory
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
• Experience working with Linux systems and troubleshooting infrastructure issues

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Experience with Ansible Tower
• Experience with Sonatype Nexus Repository Manager
• Cloud certifications (AWS preferred)
